Which mayoral candidate is most likely to have a property reassessment completed as soon as possible?

I've been asking this question to my friends for a while and can't get a good answer:

Which mayoral candidate is most likely to have a property reassessment completed as soon as possible?

Please let me know, so I (and my friends) know how to vote in the upcoming election.

Also, when could this happen?

Thanks
