Have you looked at our participation policy? It's on the home page. We encourage people to blog under their own name but don't require it. You should only have one screen name but you can create a screen name that doesn't reveal your name. There are names such as Incognito Smith or Fap.

You cannot create a name that is derogatory or a personal attach. For example, if you used F*&$kingA$%#hole it would be pulled. If you used Donnaisugly it would be pulled.

You are not suppose to allow non members to blog under your ID although it's harder for us to police. We would have to look at your IP address and we haven't done that to date. We had a case where we warned someone but that was the end of it.
