It seems that over 75 vote by mail ballots were filled out while payment of $40 was tendered.

 

 

Very troubling for all of Hoboken that there are some who just do not believe in fair elections.

 

Like Peter Cammarano, I hope those responsible are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  The attempts to buy elections in Hoboken must end now.

The next meeting of the Hudson County Board of Elections will take place at 4 PM on November 17th at Hudson County Plaza, 257 Cornelison Ave., 4th floor, in Jersey City. This meeting is open to the public. One of the agenda items is the decision on which Hoboken vote-by-mail ballots will be forwarded to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office for further criminal investigations.
The suspicious results in Hoboken's election for 4th ward City Council will be discussed at the next meeting of the Hudson County Board of Elections on Wednesday, 11/17/10, at 4 PM on the 4th floor at Hudson County Plaza, 257 Cornelison Ave., Jersey City.

Be there to demand a serious investigation!
