Setting the record straight: Silly people make silly assumptions

Nancy Pincus continues to dig herself a deeper and deeper hole as she struggles to justify her scatological attacks. In today's installment, how wrong she is, again.

Mistake #1 -- Assuming content from a website has been "scrubbed" simply because Tony Soares posts broken links to it on the Revolt board.

Ms. Pincus, you wrote an entire blog post assuming Tony was accurate. Did you even check yourself? Obviously not. If you had you would have found his -- and by extention, your -- conclusions were wrong. Tony is well known for being less than proficient on the keyboards during his internet jihads. It happens. Nobody's perfect.

Mistake #2 -- Assuming that I endorse and approve of everything on a website I have absolutely no control over.

The truth of the matter? I reacted exactly the same way Tony did to the "City Hall Monkey Business" post. I even took the time to privately send a note to the sole owner/operator of that site expressing my view that although he provides a tremendous service to the City of Hoboken, that this photo essay was inappropriate and counterproductive to those who were trying to appropriately point out the many hypocrisies of the Zimmer/Lenz administration.

Mistake #3 -- You continue to perpetuate the lie that I am also posting as "truthseeker"

Don't believe me? Ask the Admin to check the IP addresses. You're on notice that this is false. Yes, that would be legal notice.

Mistake #4 -- Assuming that I want to "silence" Nancy Pincus.

Quite to the contrary. The worse she acts (showing her true self, and the true face of the Zimmerists) the better it is for those who want to show Dawn's inner circle for exactly what they are. Pincus has every right to behave badly, but as an appointed public official her actions deserve greater scrutiny.

If Pincus' depiction of six people swimming in excrement punch wasn't offensive, then why did she take it down from her site so quickly? Perhaps those who Pincus was attempting to help with her scatological display were as disgusted with the over-the-line-of-decency display. Otherwise, why would she take it down?

You decide: http://hoboken411.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Zimmer-appointed-Z...

I could go on, but this post is long enough. Enjoy your Sunday. I know I will.

"InfotainMe" -- a guy who can't even muster the courage to comment under his own name. See, that's why you need to leave the safety and comfort of 411 more often. That's just plain weak. Either I'm right or wrong - courage has nothing to do with it. If you had answers to my simple questions, you'd give them. Instead, you're just changing the subject to something which is frankly silly. As Voltaire might say, "I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: 'O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous.' And God granted it."
Lane,
I agree with 'Mistake 3'! You definitely cannot be the 'truthseeker'. You accumulated too much anger and hate within yourself to be able to contain your vile self.
I'll tell you one thing: if the people you are attempting to discredit are indeed bad apples, you are doing them a favor. After so many of your 'acts' in front of the camera, no one would ever take you seriously. Let other people do this job. People who did not taint their reputation.
Roman, I told you last year when I met you after you published these lies the first time that nobody in my family has ever received any compensation directly or indirectly. I told you they were lies and you published them anyway. Your entire website is nothing but a smear campaign on behalf of the Mayor and her chosen School Board members. It is a biased political liefest designed to belittle those who are opposed to the Zimmer point of view.

I also categorically deny that anyone in my family was up for a city job. Just more lies design to silence dissent, but Roman knows that already and willfully repeats lies. He is not a reporter and does not hold the credentials of a reporter who deserves professional courtesies. He's nothing more than the House Organ of the Zimmer Administration. That is his right. However, he does not have the right to lie about me and my family.

This is all a sideshow designed to take people's attention away from the state of budgets and taxation in Hoboken, which - if you haven't noticed - hasn't changed one bit despite the election of so-called reformers. Taxes keep going up because there is actually no real interest on the part of these people to cut the budgets. Don't take it from me. Take it from Mike Lenz who said the Zimmer slate was not elected to cut taxes, and that nobody will hold it against them if they don't. Let's talk taxes, not the Roman Horsey sideshow of lies.

Since we have yet another new thread to divert from Maureen Sullivan answering questions, let's play along with "setting the record straight."
How much compensation has the Bajardi clan received directly or indirectly from Councilwoman Mason? What government job(s) at City Hall in Hoboken was discussed/planned for a) Mr. Bajardi, b) Mrs. Bajardi? Please include the salary and/or salaries details discussed.
In the spirit of transparency, and for the performance art weaving various conspiracy theories/charges against Hoboken citizens and Hoboken Revolt, we'd like to have an answer "setting the record straight."
Lane I heard that you physically assaulted Roman in front of over a dozen witnesses before the School Board debate. If true you need to honestly look at yourself and take a timeout. I'm neither close to you nor do I count you as an acquaintance but as one person to another stop this destuctive behavior before you do permanent damage to yourself and your reputation.

I give this suggestion sincerely.

Please take this outside and not use this website to attack citizens. This is supposed to be a forum where we discuss local and macro financial and governmental issues.
Lane -

For all intense and purposes you are a public figure - albeit currently out of a job - You have displayed such deplorable behavior over the past two nights that maybe it is time Beth Mason gives you a "time out"!

You publicly assaulted a member of the public and stole a camera witnessed by many the night of the debate. For this action my dear sir, you should have been charged with assault and robbery.

You, Lane Bijardi, were also, in contempt at the BOE meeting last night and should you not have run off scared like you did, your arse would have been hauled away by the police.

How someone embarrasses themselves two nights in a row and escapes arrest is beyond me. Lane, the city of Hoboken has put you in a time out. Please stay on your naughty mat for 1 minute X your age - then get back to the city of Hoboken with an apology. Please move on and conduct yourself like an appropriate adult - maybe you will then find yourself a job offer.

This is getting ridiculous. The levels people stoop to in the name of worshiping their political gods in this town are truly amazing. I am not going to dignify these unsigned attacks with a response. This is not the forum for that.

I would point out to "Andre" that a private citizen expressing their views at a public meeting does not make them a "public figure" in the manner of an elected or appointed official to a public board. I maintain a reasonable expectation of privacy that has been violated many times by Mr. Brice, among others. Just because Tony Soares claims I'm a "public figure" doesn't make it so.

Ms. Markle violated the law of the State of New Jersey last night when she threatened to have me removed from the room for speaking during the public portion of the meeting. My only failing was I was not prepared to cite the law back to her immediately at the time she acted. I never in a million years expected a public official in Hoboken to attempt to cut off my lawful right to speak during the state mandated Public Portion of a meeting.

Less than two years ago Tricia Snyder and Dawn Zimmer similarly (and rightfully) used the Public Portion of a Board of Ed meeting to discuss the same kind of thing I was attempting to discuss last night, and they were allowed to speak under a different board.
To recap:

Nancy Pincus, who spends her free time taking pictures of her own poop, photoshoping in faces from Michael Lenz's political hit list and then posting it all online, wants the administrator of a site devoted to "revolt" to take down commentary about her and her art.

From City Hall to the School Board, the so-called reformers want to crack down on letting people speak their minds because they might say something off script.

Bring back Terry LaBruno...at least she was fun to listen to.
Someone needs to stand up for Lane. It takes a lot of guts to stand up at those meetings and speak the truth. With the KF machine running the whole show now, it's a very hostile environment. And it takes a lot of guts to point out that the so-called reformers aren't really reforming anything. Without people like Lane we are very close to once again being a one-party state, just as Hoboken was for many years under the machine. The machine is gone now but KF is filling in nicely. If they win this year, they'll be in charge forever. So everyone needs to get out and make sure we maintain some semblance of democracy.

Was Lane Bajardi not on a City Council sanctioned committee for the Observer Hwy Garage?

Was Lane Bajardi not a TV News Reader?

Was Lane Bajardi not/currently a member of a local civics group's steering committee?

And please show me where I said you were a "Public Figure" Mr Bajardi.

Bajardi continually/ OBSESSIVELY attacks myself and others with cyber bullying, legal threats and close proximity physical intimidation. He can accuse me of having fake alias names all he wants, after all we for a fact he only posts as Lane B.

HAH!

Take that to you lawyer Lane B! I hear he's quite a busy "B" these days,
