Supplies portion of the Athletics budget is $250k or roughly $2 per ratable per month and is down, this year. The municipality already provides middle school sports. Why add redundancy?

Christie with his power to declare the State a state of emergency, cut the budget by 9% with no tax increase, Kids First cut the budget by 7% with no tax increases. Correcting decades of mismanagement takes time.
