Props to 411 for the PC Checklist

I know members of this group and H411 have had their differences, but I'd like to give a good idea its due. The link below is to a checklist of campaign promises that PC made and their status. While I would have liked to have seen concrete goals (budget reduction of 20%, elimination of 10% of the city workforce, etc.) I think it's a good start, and I would encourage this group (myself included) to independently track the progress, or come up with our own checklist.
