Hoboken Revolt

The Hoboken Tax Reform Coalition

At 12:12 am on Tuesday morning the Council finally got around to starting the discussions for the Council President.

Peter Cunningham was nominated by Carol Marsh. He was approved with only one dissenting vote from Councilwoman Mason.

Councilman Mello nominated Carol Marsh as vice president of the council. Carol Marsh was approved by a unanimous vote.

Congratulation to both of them.

The entire remainder of Mason's tenure on the council will be about vengeance and contradiction. If Zimmer says the sky is blue, Mason will introduce a resolution saying it's orange. She clearly stopped having Hoboken's best interests in mind when she lost the first runoff and now it's only about being a thorn in the council's side. Hopefully her ward will be smart enough to vote her out of there too next election.
Ulti, I could actually live with that. But could she, for God's sake, just introduce the sky-is-orange resolution and sit down and be quiet.
