Hoboken Revolt

The Hoboken Tax Reform Coalition

Three active mothers, Maureen Sullivan, Ruth McCallister, and Theresa Minutillo are running for the Board of Education in the April 21st election. I know them well and strongly support them. They will do the best for our children, our district, and the community. About 30% of your tax dollars go to the school board, so this election is important to everyone, even those without children. They are holding a Campaign Kickoff this Sunday at Maxwells from 2 to 5, and kids are welcome.

Glad to see someone commit to a team of actual parents using the School system rather than a slate who takes from it.

These Mom's were leaders in the fight to stop the self interests of the proposed Hola! program
I went to The Kids First Kick Off and was Glad to see Past Councilwoman Marsh, Current Councilman Cunningham there as well as Candidates Ravi Bhalla.
I was disappointed that other no other Mayoral Candidates are showing support of this courageous team.

These women are truly looking to improve the schools for all the children of Hoboken. They have no other agenda. I commend Dawn Zimmer for supporting them. Now we know where the other candidates stand.
Dawn Zimmer was there and stayed for quite a while. It was surprising and puzzling that Beth Mason and Peter Cammarano didn't come, considering that the room was packed with more than 200 active Hoboken voters from all sides of the spectrum.
