Hoboken’s legal counsel has recommended that Lt. Angelo Andriani, the ex-SWAT team commander infamous for his role in the 2007 scandal in the Hoboken Police Department, be fired on the basis on the Tampa airport incident in January. The decision now seeks approval from Police Chief Anthony Falco, Public Safety Director Angel Alicea and Mayor Dawn Zimmer.

He'll be fired and it won't go away. Andriani will be fighting through the State system as long as possible. There's a lot of pent up frustration about the State process throughout Hoboken.

The idea that it's otherwise is either foolhardy or disingenuous.
The last thing we need is another law suit. That said i agree with the sentiment.
That's 1 for the good guys!
He was fired apparently Monday via papers to his attorney. And it will drag on at the State level.

Insert new manufactured drama here.
Liz maybe if YOU called MAYOR Zimmer (not ZIMMER) you would have known action was already taken.
Another fine example as to why you were again soundly rejected by the public for public office.

( break labor laws, make rash decisions and acting in a knee jerk fashion...)

Newsflash : word is he was terminated before you posted this. So Liz lets add "out of Touch" to the list of reasons why you received an embarrassing wallop.
